Welcome to HAMK library starting on August 12, 2024!
HAMK library offers its services remotely and in person on all seven campuses. The library customer service opens on August 12 at noon in Hämeenlinna University Centre. You can reach the library customer service by phone starting from August 19 during customer service hours Mon-Thu from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri from 10 am to 3 pm. The phone number is +358 3 646 4700. Hämeenlinna University Centre library – open for everyone Mon-Fri
Hämeenlinna University Centre library customer service is open August 12-16 Mon-Wed and Friday from noon to 3 pm. Library customer service is closed on Thursday. Starting on Monday August 19, regular customer service hours are Mon-Thu from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri from 10 am to 3 pm. You can use the library on self-service without a key card Mon-Fri from 8 am to 4 pm.
There may be changes in the service hours. HAMK Finna’s Opening hours -page always has the current information. We also inform about changes on the HAMK library’s Facebook page. HAMK staff and students can see the information on Viva Engage and Tuudo.
Services for customers who are not HAMK or HAMI staff or students are in the Hämeenlinna University Centre library.
Other campus libraries – once a week in person, Mon-Fri remotely and always on self-service for students and staff
The library customer service helps you in campus libraries through Libgo video advice devices Mon-Thu from 9 am to 3 pm and Fri from 10 am to 3 pm. Just touch the button on the info screen inside the library – it works just like a video call! If nothing happens from the info screen button, please call us, or email us [email protected].
Starting from August 26, customer service is present at campus libraries of Evo, Forssa, Lepaa, Mustiala, Riihimäki and Valkeakoski from 10:30 am to 2 pm according to the following schedule:
- Monday: Riihimäki
- Tuesday: Forssa and Mustiala
- Wednesday: Lepaa
- Thursday: Evo
- Friday: Valkeakoski (first service day exceptionally on Wednesday Aug 28, on self-service on Fri Aug 30.)

Campus libraries are on self-service for HAMK and HAMI students and staff every day from 8 am to 8 pm. Access with a key card and borrowing with a library card.
