Wearable Intelligence Master’s Degree: instructions for the preliminary assignment, Direct Application, intake autumn 2025
Instructions for the preliminary assignment, Master’s Degree programme in Wearable Intelligence
Dear applicant,
We are interested in your product idea that we could begin to further develop during the Wearable Intelligence studies. Do you have a development or potential product application idea related to wearable technology that you would like to share with us, and draw up a plan for it? Do you want to change the world by creating new innovations in the wearable intelligence domain, such as exoskeletons, smart clothes, or other wearables.
In this preliminary assignment you will describe the innovative product application idea of wearable technology. Focus your idea on one of the following areas e.g., healthcare, rehabilitation, industry and production activities, agriculture and forestry, sports and leisure. Explain how you would approach the design and development of such a device, considering technical, material and user-centred aspects.
Familiarise yourself with the background materials for the assignment. You should use them and their references as information sources for the assignment and mark as references in the text. Pay particular attention to the credibility, novelty appeal, innovativeness and topicality of your product application idea.
