Orientation Get-Together Day 2024 for new international students
Welcome to HAMK´s Get-Together-Orientation Day 2024!
Join us for an exciting and informative Orientation Get-Together Day at HAMK. This event is designed to help new international students familiarize themselves with the campus, meet peers, and learn about the various resources and opportunities available at HAMK.
Schedule:
When: 21 August 2024
Where: Hämeenlinna University Centre Campus
- Morning Bus Ride: Transportation to the campus. Transportation from your own campus to Hämeenlinna University Centre is available. The schedule and arrangement can be consulted from your own degree programme.
- 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Arrival at Hämeenlinna University Centre from different campuses.
- 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Opening
- 10:30 AM – 12:05 PM: Info sessions in the Auditorium.
- 12:05 PM – 12:15 PM: Grouping
- 12:15 PM – 2:00 PM:
- Stands in the lobbies & Open Office.
- Lunch at Sodexo (until 1:30 PM).
- DVV at Design Factory.
- 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Group activities.
- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Closing
- 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Afternoon bus ride back to home campus.
Enjoy a variety of info sessions, activities, and lots of fun!
Engage with stands in the lobbies to learn about different student services.
