Objective

This course offers the student the opportunity to apply new business modeling techniques to an existing business. They will help create solutions to current and future organizations' challenges regarding the ecological, economic and social environment. Moreover, the student will examine how sustainable business culture affects the organization's strategy and the opportunities for innovation beneath them. In addition, the student will learn to leverage sustainability as a tool for value creation and sustainable business design as a source of business innovation.

Teaching methods

This course follows a mix of teaching methods from which the main ones are: problem-based learning, design thinking, case study analysis and flipped classroom.

Class schedule

Cooperation with the business sector

This is an applied course that asks the student to evaluate and apply knowledge on real cases of their choice, which could be their own business idea, the company they work for, or a company they would desire to work for.
