Get your chains right – every link matters!

We want to create an effective service chain that takes into account the individual needs of people facing economic barriers the timely coordination of different services and the employability of workplaces.

We will create effective employment pathways between jobseekers and employers. This will be done by developing and implementing employment pre-requisite measures. We will increase work capacity measures services and guidance that promote the transition to work and ways to identify the individual’s potential as an employee in enterprises. We will support and strengthen ways to employ people through solutions. This is done based on individual needs and increase their experience of inclusion and equality.

We will provide more information on recruitment subsidies and tools to help people from disadvantaged backgrounds to find work. We aim to enrich the diversity of workplaces by considering different approaches and providing tools for equal and non-discriminatory recruitment practices.
