About me
I began my career at HAMK in 2013 as a student. After my studies, I started working on the Hämeenlinna campus as a marketing assistant in the then Entrepreneurship and Business unit. In 2018, I moved to the Valkeakoski campus to work on various projects and the International Business degree program. Since then, I have held various support roles in education, acting as a versatile handymam and serving as an assistant and coordinator in projects. The best part of my job is its diversity and international aspect, allowing me to constantly engage in new tasks and meet new people from around the world.
My projects
I have worked on several projects that focus on supporting the internationalization readiness of local companies and utilizing the skills of HAMK’s international students for this purpose.
This ongoing project aims to assist companies in the Kanta-Häme and South Pirkanmaa regions in their internationalization efforts, utilizing among other things the skilled International Business students and the RUN-EU community. Read more on the project’s website!
Go Strong – Global competences to regional competitiveness
The purpose of this project was to create an operational model that promotes the employment of international students, particularly in local micro enterprises and SMEs, while also supporting the renewal and internationalization of these companies. Additionally, the project strengthened the collaboration between educational institutions and businesses. Various events were organized during the project to bring together local companies and international students, as well as training sessions to improve the work readiness of international students.
Moniosaamista ennakointiin – tiedon visualisointi pk-yritysten kansainvälistymisen tukena
The goal of this project was to innovate the analysis, utilization, and further processing of information related to the internationalization of SMEs in Southern Pirkanmaa, as well as the practices of data-driven management. The aim was also to develop the multidisciplinary foresight skills of local companies and diversify the regional development structure and network. The project aimed to bring together local SMEs and students from HAMK’s International Business and Tietojenkäsittely programs.
