About me

I am a Principal Research Scientist (tenure track) at the Unit for Research and Development of Higher Education Pedagogy (HEPeda). Within the PedaWell research group, my work focuses on learning, teaching, and well-being, and especially on how these elements interact in higher education environments among higher education students and early-career researches such as doctoral candidates.

My role combines research and teaching. I earned my PhD from the University of Helsinki. My research centers on well-being in higher education and on doctoral career paths, with particular interest in how to better support meaningful, sustainable academic trajectories.
