About me
I work as a postdoc researcher in the LearnWell research group at HAMK Edu Research Unit. In my current research, I use quantitative research methods to study learning, teaching, and well-being of the learning community.
I hold a double doctoral degree in psychology (Tampere University, 2023) and organizational behavior (University of Groningen, 2023). In my doctoral research, I explored the motives and outcomes of employees’ needs-based crafting: a proactive approach for employees to support their personal well-being in different life contexts.
