Career monitoring survey for 2019 graduates starts October 10th 2024 – alumni, please answer the survey!

The purpose of the national career monitoring survey is to find out what the work and career situation is like for graduates from a university of applied sciences five years after graduation. The survey will be conducted from 10.10. to 10.11.2024.

This year, the target group of the career monitoring survey includes all graduates from Finnish universities of applied sciences who completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2019. The survey aims to investigate the employment status of graduates from universities of applied sciences, as well as their satisfaction with their degree and career.

The information obtained from the survey is used, among other things, in the development of education and in career guidance for students. It also provides valuable information about employers and the job positions that students have been employed in. In addition, three percent of the basic funding for universities of applied sciences is determined based on the responses to the career monitoring survey.

The survey is conducted annually and is managed by the national career monitoring network of universities of applied sciences. The results of previous years’ career monitoring surveys have been compiled in Vipunen and the Töissä.fi website.

Graduates of 2019 will be contacted by email and SMS

In 2019, those who have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree will receive a personal invitation link to a career monitoring survey via email and text message. Please follow your email and incoming text messages and respond to the survey. Your response is important to us!

Background information is collected from the national data repository of higher education (Virta) maintained by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The responses are treated confidentially and individual respondents cannot be identified.
