10th Freezing Week sparked discussion about AI in higher education
HAMK’s School of Business, Design and Technology organized a 10th annual Freezing Week, an educational networking event for international partners and colleagues.
The theme for this anniversary event was Making Sense of AI in Education. The programme included interesting keynote speakers and hands-on workshops about topics like AI for student success and ethical use of AI. The guests also participated in social events such as anniversary dinner and murder mystery at Häme Castle. And let’s not forget the Finnish winter experiences, like ice fishing or dipping into a frozen lake. This was Freezing Week, after all.
Part of the event was the International Fair, where the participating higher education institutions told our students and staff about exchange possibilities and destinations. The Fair also showcased ways AI is used in higher education and research.
