Our LearnWell research and development services are aimed at educational organisations and work communities to support and develop quality learning, teaching/guidance, and well-being. We use a range of exercises and interventions in our development processes aimed at developing learning processes and wellbeing of individuals, groups and organisations. 

We also offer our clients in-service training with a focus on supporting high-quality learning, professional development and wellbeing. Developing workplaces as learning environments in research-based and participatory manner are at the heart of the research and development services we offer. 

We offer cross-disciplinary, business-oriented digital learning solutions for public and private sector actors, with themes such as digital as a support for learning and innovation pedagogy. 

 We design and implement customer-driven skills needs assessments and solutions, focusing on issues such as defining the skills needs of the organisation and methods for skills development. We offer a range of pedagogical solutions as a method for organisational development in digital and other learning environments. 

We carry out data collection and analysis for new solutions and produce scientific applied knowledge.

We provide education and training research and development needs analyses and career monitoring studies for education and training organisations, advocacy organisations and companies in different sectors. 

Implementation is designed according to the needs of the client and may include current situation analysis, service capability mapping, mapping of future skills needs in terms of quality and effectiveness, and career monitoring studies.
