We focus on developing inclusive vocational excellence on European level in cooperation with vocational education and training centres, companies and universities.

Our aims are designing and developing a European platform of centres of excellence devoted to innovate VET sector for the social inclusion of individuals belonging to disadvantaged groups.

Starting from the set of methodologies and tools, recognized as excellences at European and international level, we will contribute to the above-mentioned objective by implementing and promoting:

  • Entrepreneurial governance models for the development and management of VET centres and agencies.
  • Educational approaches and tools specifically aimed at the social inclusion of people at risk of exclusion.
  • Models for the design and implementation of effective training-work transition activities.

We are going to produce training materials and courses which strengthen the competence of managers, trainers, counsellors, companies and public administrators in organizing inclusive vocational education and training.

Our Digital Platforms provide a forum for shared understanding and exchange on the theme of inclusive vocational education, extend the cooperation between VET institutions and companies and open new opportunities for competence development to strengthen inclusion in vocational education.

Cometa Formazione from Italy coordinates the project and our consortium includes partners from Finland, Italy, Spain, Malta, Belgium and Romania. HAMK Edu Research Unit and HAMK School of Professional Teacher Education participate in the project as specialists and developers in the field of vocational education, professional special needs teacher education and student guidance.
