About me
I am a Principal Research Scientist in the Social and Health Care Unit. In other words, I teach and participate in projects and development initiatives in working life. I have extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in leadership and teaching leadership themes at universities of applied sciences and in master’s programs. I am also a coach and have worked as an entrepreneur, providing training for supervisors, facilitating meetings, and developing work communities. My strengths include student and customer orientation, high energy, and conscientiousness. The well-being of supervisors and leaders is also close to my heart. Nowadays, eco-sustainable leadership also guides my work. My passion is the Enneagram, and my hobby is golf.
